    The certificate aims to provide the student with the skills, knowledge and competences necessary to understand, develop and apply their coaching philosophy to their coaching practice. This philosophy is the standard by which the coach’s core values and coaching approach influences (through modelling), facilitates the coachee’s development and enhances their personal and professional life skills.
