    • Targeting specific and identified inefficiencies; explores strategies for identifying and targeting skills gaps, challenges and inefficiencies in EDI.
    • Effective Labour Costs; explores models for reducing labour costs in favour of workforce deployment and flexibility, examining a range of contemporary initiatives across industry.
