    This programme introduces learners to the following:

    • Integrating Innovation; explore methods of capitalise on diversity to create new markets and products through the use of domestic and international case studies and examples.
    • Demographics and Markets; develop an understanding of the complexity international demographic change and its impact upon markets domestically and globally.
    • Creating Responsive Products; learn about contemporary research on the benefits of responding to diverse end-users, customer-driven product and service enhancements.
    • Supply Chains; explores methods of creating and sustaining a culture of innovation and EDI across the product & service chain, to enhance sustainability.
